Jacqui is another of our Relationship Managers and is one of the people our clients will chat to on a regular basis. Jacqui’s role involves building and maintaining relationships with our clients and key personnel within customers’ companies. She helps them to manage risk while providing the support required for their businesses to operate and grow.

We asked Jacqui a few questions so you can get to know her a little better:

What’s your background?

After completing a History degree I fell into invoice finance, having previously never heard of it. 15 years later, with experience in credit control and relationship management, I’m still here thoroughly enjoying what I do.

What’s your favourite thing about your role?

The diversity of the job ensures no day is the same, working together to provide our clients with excellent customer service gives me a real sense of accomplishment.

What’s your favourite thing to do out of work?

I love to watch cricket, both at my local club or on tv. I’m also a keen baker and there’s not many weekends go by without me being in the kitchen creating cake or cookies.

What’s your #1 time-saving tip for your clients?

Keep accurate records. Spending the time organising invoices / PODs / insurance documents etc means that you can easily put your hands on them when required. Having the correct invoice and relevant backup documents helps ensure that customers have all they need to make prompt payment.
